Tried an pilot installation of UCA on Windows Server 2008 R2 The first start of the website came up with an error message:
"We cannot log you in. Unable to detect the initial target environment in which the product was installed."
Nothing else to click or configure.
Restarted the services and the server.
All services are running and also checked the deployment and it shows all green. No errors or warnings in the event logs related to this product. The normal search using the favorite search engine shows no results.
Any hints are welcome.
From within the Unified Communications Analytics Web console, did you configure your Initial Target Environment?
1. Click the Gears Button (Admin Settings)
2. Click Target Environments
3. Click on the + Symbol to add your environment.
After adding your environment, are you able to login to the Web console?
Was the product installed with an account that is not a domain account where the Exchange servers are?
I was just following up to see if you're still having an issue connecting to your Initial Target Environment?
