VRanger Issues

We have a server that recently encountered an issue with the RAID on which VRanger and it's repository are hosted. The array with the repository had the issue. The array has been rebuilt and all is well, except for VRanger. We have backups that are failing with 2 different types of errors: "Unable to connect to repository. Failed to connect to repository testrepo" "An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Quest support if the error persists. Error Message: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Quest Shared\vRanger\201204111659\ddb\libDataDomainoncrpc.dll' because it is being used by another process." The repository is a local drive and all permissions are apparently setup up correctly as some of the VMs will back up properly. The errors are occurring with VMs on each of the 3 ESX 3.5 servers, but some are working on each as well. (Windows 10, VRanger 7.7, ESX 3.5) Anyone have any ideas?
