Hello,

Has anyone upgraded to version 7.0.3 and encountered any issues post-upgrade?

appears that we made a mistake by upgrading to 7.0.3. We are currently observing the following problems:

Email functionality is not working -- had to work with support for over a week to get fixed.
Approval processing in the web client is failing --> opened a bug. need to wait for next release
Reports in the web client are not functioning correctly --opened a ticket today.

Please share if you have experienced similar issues, along with any known root cause, workaround, or resolution

Thank you for using this channel. In general, this Community Forum is dedicated to sharing customers' experiences as you did, but it is not intended to fix issues that need a deep investigation.

I think we resolved the Email and the Approval process in the support cases you logged previously.

Regarding the Reports, I invite you to log a case specifying the error you encounter, with screenshots, as the case you logged today is about filters.

yes the issue is resolved for the first 2. we never had these issues in our previous upgrades to 6.3 and 7.0

Stat 7.0 has important software upgrades like WildFly and Java JDK with many Web Client implementations.

In my experience, I haven't encountered big problems during the Stat 7.0 upgrade of our labs, nor in the post-upgrade period, apart from the identified defects reported by some customers.
