STAT Agent/Repository mismatch

We have upgraded from STAT 7.0 to STAT 7.03 in our development instance, on the same machine as the production instance . I have started the agent on development (7.0.3) and see the following message in the logs. Any ideas?

Stat Agent version(7.0.0.1103) does not match Stat Repository version(7.0.3)!

    Hi Garverej,

    If you recently upgraded to from Stat 7.0 to Stat 7.03, you need to ensure that the following steps have been performed properly:

    1- At the Database level: Execute the Upgrade script: UORAv630-703.sql

    2-At Stat Agent level: Stop the Stat Central Agent, then apply the upgrade for the Stat Central Agent, re-entry information on the Stat configuration assistance page

    3- At Stat Client level: Ensure to apply the upgrade properly

    4- At Stat Oracle Agent level: You need to ensure to mapping the proper hostname/IP addres from the SCA machine on the Stat.conf file

    Looking further into the logfiles during deployment I see this:  

    2026-09-29 11:39:41,320 ERROR [org.jboss.msc.service.fail] (MSC service thread 1-6) MSC000001: Failed to start service jboss.deployment.unit."stat-agent.ear".STRUCTURE: org.jboss.msc.service.StartException in service jboss.deployment.unit."stat-agent.ear".STRUCTURE: WFLYSRV0153: Failed to process phase STRUCTURE of deployment "stat-agent.ear"

    Not exactly sure what this means, if anything, but it does not look good as far as the Agent upgrade goes...
