When you use our optional, AI Chatbot, “AskQ”, our goal is to provide an immediate answer or to connect you to a person who can assist you, whether your request is to renew your software licenses, to obtain pricing information about new solutions, to schedule a demo or to get technical support assistance.
Your chat is recorded. The transcript is summarized and shared with your account representative. Your account rep may contact you to confirm the guidance provided by AskQ resolved your concern.
Chats will be analyzed for patterns. If your question contributes to a trend, we will look at ways to better address the trend. If your question is specific to a product, perhaps its online help can be enhanced, or perhaps a knowledge base article will benefit our customer base.
We want AskQ to optimize your experience. If you have a question AskQ cannot answer, we want to transfer your chat to the appropriate department for follow up.
