Why the Quest culture rocks

Even today, you know, I was talking to colleagues who are new to the organization, and really curious about their experience. And both from colleagues and customers, one of the things that people comment on is the collaboration and the community. So the fact that from a teaming perspective, Quest colleagues are really out to help each other be successful. And there is such an openness to new ideas and to feedback, whether or not you're talking with the product development team, who are well represented, whether you're working on the front end with sellers. Everyone, at the core, wants our customers to be successful, and wants everybody who works with them and for them to be successful, too. So that's a theme that's been pretty consistent in terms of feedback that shows up in lots of different ways. And I'm really grateful to be part of such a positive and collaborative and friendly and fun approach. So, yeah, it's part of what makes being part of the Quest team fun. And I think that sort of esprit de corps shows up ultimately in our products and in our results.
