The company recently announced two new platforms, the Quest Trusted Data Management Platform and the Quest Security Management Platform.

The Dublin office serves as Quest’s North American hub for its Renewals organization, which supports thousands of existing customers worldwide. The location also brings together employees from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Engineering.

Quest has also undergone significant change in recent years. The company has added new executive leadership and increased its focus on innovation and AI-enabled solutions.
“Over the past 12 to 18 months, we have transformed immensely,” Gayler said. “Even with decades of experience, we are running and operating like a startup – there is tremendous energy throughout the company as we move into the AI era and aim to accelerate our customers’ AI success.”
Beyond the company’s own growth, Gayler said he’s encouraged by the broader momentum building across Central Ohio’s technology sector.
And he believes that growth will continue to benefit the region’s workforce for years to come.
“What’s really exciting about it is the number of talented individuals that are here now – or that we’re attracting here,” Gayler said. “That will only help continue to educate the next workforce, and will certainly help all the children in our schools think big about their career paths. It’s an exciting time to be here, and in some ways we’re just getting started.”
