Known for his ability to lead through complexity and scale, Ashish has held senior leadership roles at both public and private companies, including Redwood Software, Enovis, Dell Technologies, and GE. His career is marked by successful turnarounds, high-growth transformations, and multiple strategic exits. Ashish brings a data-driven, results-oriented approach to leadership and decision-making.

Prior to joining Quest, Ashish served as COO and CFO at Redwood Software, where he led the company through a period of accelerated growth, quadrupling revenue and profitability. Under his leadership, Redwood became one of the top-performing SaaS companies in its category leading to successful transactions with Vista Equity Partners and Warburg Pincus in 2024.

Outside of work, he is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, having co-founded a tech startup focused on family activity management.
