John Hernandez is President and Chief Customer Officer at Quest Software, where he leads Renewals, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Professional Services to ensure customers realize maximum value and a world-class experience. Since joining Quest in December 2022, John has been instrumental in driving the company’s transformation toward SaaS and expanding its platform management business into security.

With a career spanning product management, engineering, business development, and general management, John brings a well-rounded perspective to leading customer-centric innovation. He previously served as EVP & GM of Genesys Multicloud, where he led a $1B hybrid platform business and launched strategic partnerships with Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. He also held senior roles as CEO of Selligent, COO of Salesforce Service Cloud, and VP & GM at Cisco.

A regular keynote speaker at corporate and industry events, John has spent his entire career in Silicon Valley. He enjoys skiing, wakeboarding, and cheering on his favorite sports teams with his family.
