LuAnn Johnson leads Quest's people efforts, fostering a culture where employees feel a sense of belonging and can thrive. Overseeing Human Resources, Internal Communications, and championing the Quest Equality & Inclusion Council, she creates an environment where individuals do their best work and find fulfillment. She joined Quest in 2016, bringing a proven record of driving success and expertise in talent acquisition, engagement, and connecting employees to organizational goals.

Previously, as SVP and Chief People Officer at Vertafore, LuAnn was a core leader and thought partner for the company’s growth strategy, leading high-performing HR, Communications, and Facilities teams. LuAnn's commitment to inclusion and belonging is evident throughout her career, including roles at Attachmate and Healthways.

A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Business Administration and an MAOM in Organizational Management, she is dedicated to cultivating environments where everyone feels valued and included. LuAnn lives in Arizona but spends much of her time traveling to visit family, friends, and Quest offices around the world.
