John Bertero is SVP and Chief Revenue Officer at Quest Software, where he leads global sales and go-to-market strategy. He is responsible for guiding teams that help customers become AI-ready by building secure, scalable data foundations and modern identity solutions. With a focus on solving real business challenges, John ensures customers can unlock the full value of their data in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.

John brings over four decades of experience in enterprise technology, having held senior roles at Liqid, Nutanix, Hitachi Systems Security, MapR Technologies, SAP, and EMC. He has led high-growth teams across the Americas and played key roles in successful acquisitions and market expansions.

He holds a degree in Economics from Southern Connecticut State University and completed executive education at Stanford. Outside of work, John enjoys fitness, faith, and family life as a proud girl dad and “Papa” to four grandchildren.
