With over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology marketing, Susan is known for building high-impact brand and demand programs that fuel hyper-growth and elevate customer advocacy.
Before joining Quest, Susan held senior marketing leadership roles at Okta, Splunk, and Dell Technologies, where she led corporate and global field marketing functions and launched new product categories. Susan is credited with teaming closely with sales to scale the business and generating incremental pipeline, resulting in double-digit revenue growth across all segments including Public Sector. She was also a founding marketing leader at VCE, helping grow the company from startup to $2B in revenue.
Susan brings deep expertise in SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud, and is passionate about using data, AI, and customer insights to craft compelling stories and drive measurable results. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the University of New Hampshire.
