Alyssa Lahar is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Quest Software, bringing more than 15 years of senior leadership experience across public and private, industry-leading organizations. An accomplished Human Resources executive known for designing people strategies that accelerate business growth, Alyssa most recently served as Chief People Officer at OwnBackup, where she played a key role in leading the organization through an IPO and multiple acquisitions.

Alyssa spent nearly two decades at Dell EMC in a variety of HR leadership roles supporting teams with more than 10,000 employees, driving cultural transformation, and enabling innovation through strategic talent initiatives. Throughout her career, and in every role she’s held, Alyssa has become known for her ability to align people, culture, and business priorities to deliver measurable impact.

Alyssa lives in Boston with her three sons and is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She volunteers regularly at a local animal shelter and loves exploring new places whenever she has the chance.
