Previously he served as Vice President of Customer Success and Services at Genesys, optimizing the customer lifecycle through trusted relationships. He has also held leadership roles Cloudflare, Salesforce, Cisco, and KPMG Consulting, which has shaped his passion for operational excellence, team development, and delivering measurable impact.
Based in New York, Feli is a proud father of three, a vegetable gardener, a home chef, and a devoted Penn State football fan.
