Enterprise Reporter

Enterprise visibility, auditing and reporting for Windows environments

Perform auditing, analysis and reporting on the configuration of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server and SQL Server across the enterprise with Enterprise Reporter.

This scalable solution provides predefined and customizable reporting tools. Perform compliance and security assessments, pre- and post-migration analysis and configuration change history auditing, enabling successful IT audits. You’ll get the valuable Windows Server insight you need for strategic planning and proactive management for Microsoft Windows-based networks.

Features

  • Ensure security visibility and compliance: This solution offers a clear view of critical IT assets in Active Directory domains, SQL servers, Windows file servers and NAS devices. Assure compliance with security best practices, internal policies and external regulations.
  • Gain real-time access assessment: Get a complete view of access across the enterprise network. Ensure access is provided on a “need to know” basis for tighter security.
  • Perform a pre-migration assessment: Pinpoint user and group dependencies, matching conflicts and unused accounts before the migration starts, ensuring a smooth domain migration or consolidation project.
  • Capture change history: Get historical configuration of Active Directory, Windows file servers and SQL Servers. View detailed change history reports.
  • Scale to environments: Scalable data collection capabilities mean you can scale to environments of any size and geographic distribution. Minimize the impact of data collection on network and server performance, and leverage distributed collection architecture for load balancing by scheduling collections during off-peak hours.
  • Make storage more efficient: Compare discoveries and store only changes, reducing database storage requirements and saving more change history data.
  • Automate reporting workflows: Report generation and delivery can be automated for multiple recipients and based on their schedules.
  • Boost auditing efficiency with separation of duties (SoD): Auditors, help-desk staff and IT managers get only the reports they request, including Active Directory reports. This helps ensure secure and effective audits aligned with department and business functions.
  • Customize reports: Create predefined and customizable reports with advanced filtering and multiple formats, including text and images in PDF, HTML, MHT, RTF, XLS, XLSX, CSV formats. This enables effective data analysis that meets the unique informational needs of your organization.
  • Standardized reporting portal: Gain a unified reporting interface across the entire family of Dell Software compliance and IT governance solutions by exporting reports to the Dell Software Knowledge Portal.
