MessageStats Business Insights, a component of MessageStats, provides your organization with a powerful solution for email mining and analytics. With Business Insights, data trapped in your messaging system is transformed into messaging intelligence, giving both your IT staff and business users the answers they need to meet their business objectives and to improve and protect the business.

With MessageStats Business Insights, business managers can view messaging insights and trends in a familiar dashboard accessible from any popular browser, without expensive technical training or help from IT. For example:

Before installing MessageStats Business Insights, ensure your system meets the following minimum hardware and software requirements:

ProcessorMinimum: Quad core 64-bit computer.
RAMMinimum: 16 GB.

The following storage is required for installation and operation:

  • 100 MB for the application.
  • 500 MB for the SQL configuration database.
  • For the Storage Engine service, the required storage depends on the number of mailboxes from which you are gathering data. For specific information about the required storage, see the MessageStats Business Insights Deployment Guide.
