I'm Mark Hannah, I'm the Vice President of sales for the integration team at EST Group. EST Group, we are an integration services company. We're focused on identity and access and security and integrating those solutions to our customers.
The industry is made up of a number of vertical markets. And so EST Group tries to cover all of those markets with the vendors and the partner alignments that we have. The space is filled with all kinds of issues around compliance, provisioning, access, governance issues, the whole field ranges basically, from where the individual market segments have their specific issues.
I think one of the biggest pains right now that most of our customers are seeing is, who has access to what information. You ask them that question and they'll look at you with, deer-in-the-headlights and say, I don't know. They know that there's people that have access, but they don't know how they got it. And they don't know how to test that somebody got it. And that's where the One Identity solution comes in, it helps them with that.
One of the things that's really unique about the One Identity product is, that it is a unified platform, from a governance and identity management perspective. They're really the only ones in the product space today, that have a unified platform and the ability to show a 360 degree view of an individual. This is a really unique quality in our space. It's something that no one else is doing. And we feel like it really brings value to the marketplace.
One Identity supports its partner community. Believe in the partners, they believe in partnering and that's what we need. And that's what we want. We just need the support, and it makes a great partnership.
There are a number of different benefits to being a partner of the One Identity organization. Over the years, in working with various team members, we've seen a real eagerness to really get involved. And the amount of support that we've gotten over the years, from the individual members of some of the teams, has really been inspiring to my organization.
The future of One Identity couldn't be brighter. We're excited, we've ramped up our team, both on the sales side, we've ramped up our team internally on the delivery side, and we see great things. What we're excited about more than anything, is that One Identity is not going to let up, they're not going to take their foot off the gas pedal when it comes to research and development. And they're
