New Features and Enhancements (v3.1) 

• Integration with Toad for Oracle. Now you can open Toad for Oracle projects and ER diagrams directly in Toad Data Modeler, as well as display the Toad Objects Palette to facilitate reverse engineering.
• Added support for DB2 LUW version 8 and version 9, and for Windows XP 64-bit and Vista.
• Live Reverse Engineering. This feature provides an easy way to add new entities to existing models. This option provides another reverse engineering approach or can be used as a way to easily update a model.
• Generation of Alter Reports. You can now generate a report with changes between two models from the Convertor and Comparator dialogs.
• Import models from Toad Data Modeler v2.0 (.DM2 files)
