Active Roles Recycle Bin not visible (with AD Recycle Bin Enabled)

Did you follow these steps:

I saw this article, but the  folder ArsAdsiTempFiles does not exist - so I assumed this doesn't apply

Sorry, after I sent the article I realized that it hadn't been updated in awhile. I've already fixed it, but you won't see it publicly for a bit.

Tried solutions one and two in the lab as per the link, clearing the schema cache.

This appears to have broken the WI on the AR server - global views, AD tree & MUs gone.

If I revert to a previous snapshot it has the same result.

MMC appears fine.

That is certainly unexpected, and not normal.

Someone may have been working with the Web Interface configuration and disabled this pane.

What Web Interface configuration is applied when you view the Web Interface settings in the Active Roles Configuration Center?

Check this configuration in the Active Roles Console and see if ShowNavigationPane is set to True or False.

Thanks - fixed the WI - issue was not related

Have now   tried solution 3 (URL: https://support.oneidentity.com/kb/100421 ) running the SQL "exec ClearTable tblSchema" on the config DB.

Deleted objects view still does not appear.

Is the Active Roles Service Account or Override Account for the Domain a Domain Administrator or does it have a limited permission set?

Yes AR Service Account is a member of Domain Admins

In the Active Roles Configuration Center, enable Verbose logging for the Administration Service, restart the service, wait for the service start to complete, and check in the log viewer. Are there any errors?

OK enabled logs  ...  identified this

Maybe rights issue? 

It is a rights issue - Active Roles services account needs to be a member of Mydomain.com\administrators - not just Domain Admins
