Update group attributes when computer object ManagedBy/SecondaryOwners changes

I am attempting to update the attributes of a group when a computer object ManagedBy/SecondaryOwners attributes change. So far I am unsuccessful when trying to use workflows, so I have tried to created a powershell module to do it. My lack of understanding what properties the Request object has is really hindering me here and I have used Google\sdk\this forum to try and find info but it doesn't seem to be available. 

1. Does anyone have a good source for the Request object in ars?

2. Does anyone have a solution to what I am trying to do?
