Webservice Authentication via SSO

Hi,

I have integrated a web service into 1IM 7.0.2 and everything worked fine until they have changed the infrastructure so a windows authentication is necessary before logging in with the web service credentials. I am still able to view the xml by calling the web service URL in the Internet Explorer (after adding the ADFS to local intranet zone) but in the Designer I am getting a 401: Unauthorized Error. 

I am executing the admin tools with the executing service account logged on.

Any ideas how the service account credentials can be passed to the web service?
