invalid accounts increase

we are using identity manager 7.1.2 version. In new user attestation, if a new user's registration was denied ,system would create an invalid account ID still.

how could we delete these IDs if the request didn't get approved ?

or,how could we make the system create account base on the approved requests only ?

Sample: my name is abc .

first time I registered new access with wrong gender information in system ,got denied by my manager. then I register again with correct information, my manager approved it. the system send me an ID named:ABC1 .

if I register 3 times previously by mistake, all got denied by my manager. I will get a new ID :ABC4 finally at the fourth correct request. (actually the system exists ABC1 ,ABC2,ABC3 accounts already)
