Impact while Opening WebUI Portal

As I am facing an issue while my opening webUI portal. It is taking more time to open due to one custom process called CommonProcessShrink.

What are all out of the box tables, procedures get hit while opening a initial webUI page of tool opens? Is that some kind of dependency while opening page?

Are you referring to the web based version of Manager? Or IT Shop?

CommonProcessShrink is not a custom task, it runs as part of the daily tasks. More on this here:

Also Is there any mechanism where in one shot we can move data from main database to History database especially from DialogProcess table?
