When start AD Component tasks "MaintainOtherSid" and "CleanUpOtherSid" get FROZEN status

Hello Experts,

I have a problem.

When start AD Component tasks "MaintainOtherSid" and "CleanUpOtherSid"  I got a frozen status:

    [System.Exception] Unable to resolve SID or DN (CN=EDPG95,OU=Test,OU=Test,DC=TEST,DC=RU).
    [System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException] The server is not operational.

I think that my service account to ADS haven't some permission or rights in Target System.

Do you know which rights I should assign for my service account?  Or I should do something else?
