So in the latest release of Identity Manager, we've invested in our customers by building an integration pack with Service Now. Service now is the world's leading ITSM solution. And while Identity Manager does ship with a full featured very powerful IT shop, some customers want to leverage their existing investments. And so, with the investment and with the work that we've done inside of our Service Now integration module, customers are going to be able to leverage that investment and really unlock some terrific value.
The integration module allows customers to derive value from both their investment in Identity Manager, as well as the investment that they've made inside of Service Now. It allows end users to request identity-related things through a familiar service catalog, either an Identity Manager or in Service Now. It allows approvals to be made in the platform that they're most comfortable with, whether that's Service Now or that's Identity Manager. And it allows identity items to be requested inside of Identity Manager and have fulfillment be produced inside of Service Now, which is the platform that most service desk technicians are going to be familiar with. The great news is this integration is available right now in our 8.0.2 release of Identity Manager.
