How to create a Nintex workflow in Migrator for Notes to SharePoint

Hi, my name is Randy Rempel and I'm a Senior Product manager with Dell Software. This is the fifth of a multi-part video series on how to migrate a Notes application to SharePoint. I'll show you how to create a simple workflow in Nintex. I'm still in the Nintex form designer. I finished mapping the fields after the last video and published the form again. Now I click on workflow settings. I already created a workflow, so I will click on create a workflow in Nintex workflow. I'll create a blank workflow. Next I'll import my workflow. I'll locate the workflow file that I exported earlier. The workflow appears in the Nintex Workflow Designer. I won't go into all of the details of how you can manage workflows here. Nintex provides excellent online training resources for you. I do want to show you what I did to make this workflow initiate for migrated records. So you can see the workflow setting screen appears. The workflow has a title and a description. I enabled the workflow to start manually. I also enabled the workflow to start conditionally when items are created. A new workflow will only be initiated when a new migrated record has a status field value with a value equal to submitted. No other records will have workflows initiated. The first workflow action will assign a task to the manager listed in the record. This is why it's important to have the user mapping working correctly. This actually will update the value of the status field to approved. I can publish the workflow when I'm done editing it. I need this workflow to be ready before I start migrating content from Lotus Notes. That's it for this video. I've created a simple workflow in Nintex, and I'm going to publish it.
