How we use Gong

With your permission, Gong records and transcribes calls so we can improve our services to you.   Based on the transcription, Gong uses AI to provide a summary of the call, to identify next steps, and to suggest training improvements to our team.

Gong uses a note-taking bot that appears as an additional participant in the call. At any time in the call, you can enable/disable the microphone and the camera, and you may request that recording be disabled.  To confirm the recording has stopped, the note-taking assistant will be removed from the participant list.
