Mike Kohlsdorf has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Quest Software
ALISO VIEJO, CALIF. – December 4, 2019 – Quest Software, a global systems management and security software provider, announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Mike Kohlsdorf as Chief Executive Officer.
“Since we originally acquired the company as part of the Dell Software Group carve-out, we have been focused on product innovation and helping our customers manage an ever-evolving IT and security landscape. Kohlsdorf, the founder and President of Francisco Partners Consulting, brings more than 30 years of experience as a technology company executive. He has served as an Operating Partner with Francisco Partners since 2011 and has served as CEO of six Francisco Partners portfolio companies with a demonstrated track record of strategic growth and product innovation.
