Hello. My name is Robert Pound, and I am a product technologist for Quest. In order to use many of the Toad products, you need to have a Quest account. This video will cover how to setup a new account in order to access your products.
So in opening the product for the first time, you'll be asked to sign in. You Can? Enter that information if you've already created a Quest account. If you have not, you need to sign up for a new one.
Here at the bottom, we have Sign Up for New Account, and you can directly enter in your information here in the tool. You can also go to toadworld.com and click on Licenses. This is where you would go to manage multiple licenses, and you can log in here, as well, or sign up for a new account.
And once you've enter in your information, you can click Sign Up, and you will be sent a verification code. Once you receive the email, you can either copy the code or click the Verify Email Address link. And you have access to all your licenses. In my case, I don't have any licenses yet, because I haven't entered in a license, so I could do so at this time. And go ahead, click Add. And spell it correctly-- version. And try that again. And now I've added my license.
So if I go back to my product, I can click Already Have a Quest Account, because now we've signed up, and I can enter in my address and my password, and sign in.
And now I have access to my tool. When we close out, we won't be asked to log in again. We can simply double click on the icon. So if you're sharing a computer, you may want to choose My Accounts and Sign Out if you don't want other people to have access to the product.
