It provides on-demand support and targeted training on Quest tools, helping users answer specific questions, improve their skills, and maximize productivity. The program covers a range of topics related to Quest solutions, aiming to enhance technical expertise and reduce downtime.
The sessions are suitable for both new users seeking foundational knowledge and experienced professionals looking to refresh or deepen their skills. Whether you're just starting out or aiming to stay current, Skills 101 offers valuable insights for all skill levels.

Each session typically features a 30-minute pre-recorded presentation, during which you can submit questions via a Q&A channel for real-time responses from Quest experts. Following this, there is a live Q&A session where you can engage directly with the team.
No prerequisites or prior experience are necessary. The sessions are designed to be accessible for both beginners and seasoned users, providing foundational information suitable for all.
Skills 101 is offered free of charge to current Quest customers, supporting their learning and success with our tools.
Currently, Skills 101 does not offer certifications or credentials. However, we are exploring options to introduce this feature in the future.
Once you select either one of the two training options above (“Training for Quest cybersecurity and migration software” or “Training for Quest data management software”), scroll down the selected webpage to see the training options for each Quest product. Select your desired product, then click the “Learn More” or “Upcoming Webcasts” buttons to view and sign up for upcoming sessions or series.
Enrolling in a series (which is currently only an option for the Quest data management software) automatically updates your calendar with all upcoming sessions as they are scheduled, ensuring you stay informed. Signing up for a specific event registers you only for that individual session.
Currently, the presentation slides and recordings are available on the Skills 101 on-demand page for each of the Quest data management products after each session. This option may be added in the future for the Quest cybersecurity and migration products.
