In Quest, every day brings a new adventure and I am thrilled at the learning opportunities Quest provides. It keeps me motivated and my ethics high, delivering end results that benefit Quest and other colleagues and not just my own career. Many events have evolved during my tenure in Quest, but what remains constant are the amazing teams I work with, great management and inspired leaders that empower and enable us to make a difference as we solve problems efficiently and strive for continuous improvement. Special merit and thanks go to my manager, who I have been working with for more than a decade. She continues to inspire me daily and is not only a manager, but a true leader and role model to me and many others, too.

Over the years at Quest, I have been given several opportunities to job rotate within the accounting organization, with exposure to different accounting facets and regional jurisdictions. The hybrid working environment and flexible work arrangements have benefited me and many others as most of us are working parents. What’s better than working in an environment that makes you feel special and valued always! That’s Quest!
