Maria Genova was born in Bulgaria in 1973 and moved to the Netherlands when she was 17. She studied at the Academy of Journalism in Tilburg and after graduation wrote articles for nationally known magazines and newspapers. Maria is an author of several best-selling books on social challenges and has published more than 10 books so far.
Maria Genova talks about today's digital developments and their challenges. She provokes her audiences by demonstrating weaknesses in how they treat security and discusses the dangers of the Internet, such as cybercrime, hacks and identity fraud, but also gives her audience concrete pointers on how to create new opportunities for a company. For example, by taking new steps in digital customer management, social media and data analytics.
