KACE Academy is a fresh take on training that replaces and expands upon our popular Backyard Bootkamp series. KACE Academy offers both in-person and virtual training.

  • Customers who prefer to practice and learn in a non-production environment.
  • Customers implementing new products or features not currently use.

  • Learn tried and true, tips and tricks from KACE experts.
  • Refresh your skill set and learn how to get the most out of your KACE appliances.
  • Discuss and share best practices with your peers and KACE experts.
  • Get answers to your questions and advice that relates to your unique environment.

  • KACE Academy is instructor-led training program, delivered in-person or in a virtual classroom environment.
  • Attendees should bring their laptop to class in order to follow along with the labs and instructors. Everything else is provided.
  • Training is a fast-paced environment, and some preparation is required on your machine prior to attendance.
  • Virtual lab machines and documents are provided ahead of time to help you setup.
  • Classes begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. and conclude around 5:00 p.m. (local venue time). The venue will be available one hour before and after posted class times.
  • Classes run Tuesday through Friday, without exception. We recommend traveling on Monday and planning to depart the training venue around 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
  • Each class is limited in size to allow you the opportunity to interact, ask questions and discuss ideas in a small environment.
  • Each course combines hands-on labs, demonstrations and presentations to provide you an immersive training experience.
