Manage, secure and service network-connected devices – virtually
The KACE Asset Management Appliance provides comprehensive hardware and software inventory and asset management across a variety of operating systems — Windows®, Mac®, Linux®, UNIX® and Chrome OS™, plus network-connected non-computing devices — through the entire IT asset lifecycle, giving you and your team more time to focus on IT innovation. Fast to implement and easy to use, this tool discovers all hardware and software on your network, and provides ongoing IT inventory management, IT asset management (ITAM) and software asset management (SAM).
Discover and inventory all devices connected to your network, including installed software on laptops, desktops, servers, tablets, storage devices and network-connected non-computer devices.
Save your organization money through pragmatic SAM to avoid audits and fines, or overpayment of software licenses.
Confirm proof of audit compliance via wizard-based reporting, allowing for the creation of both pre-configured and customized reports.
Conserve funds by tracking usage and uninstalling unused software, transferring unused licenses to users who need them, or removing unneeded licenses from your next vendor purchase agreement.
Ensure simplified software license auditing, compliance and control with the application catalog, which provides information on application version and name variations, as well as publisher names, categorization of applications and suite recognition.
Save time with automated asset management from deployment to retirement, including asset data audits, tracking, audit compliance and reconciliation. The Asset Management Appliance’s functionality includes common asset fields and software license types, as well as out-of-the-box support for storing asset associations, ensuring accurate tracking of financial and service impacts of asset changes.
Access the KACE Asset Management Appliance from mobile devices, enabling you to remain effective even when you’re away from a computer.
Perform all system component upgrades, from database to user interface, via a single click, avoiding risky and costly solution migrations.
Enjoy fast implementation of the KACE Asset Management Appliance via its form factor, intuitive tab-based user interface, and staff training provided online and on-site in hours, not weeks.
