TEC Talk: Understanding Risk and How You Can Use It to Deliver Better Business Outcomes
The world has changed when it comes to business technology. IT leaders are being told to do more with less. And while that's not news, how do you use the language of executives so that you have the best chance of getting your project across the line? This session will take you through real-world examples that not only enabled key IT projects to be delivered but were seen as valuable by executives and boards.
