I have a team of focused resources on Quest, from operational excellence, like inside sales, quoting, pricing, licensing, to pre-sales technical resources, to marketing resources, to a team of account managers that cover Arrow resellers across North America. In addition to that, I have creative financial services. And all of these pieces together, we help our partners be successful across the board with their Quest business.
My sales team was able to get ramped up and sell KACE very quickly. Quest does a great job with their training and enablement online. Great positive feedback, that your online trainings are very straightforward, very easy to work through, and a lot of positive feedback there. If I were a partner coming to Arrow to sell KACE, we have a whole onboarding program. And we would start with the training and enablement, business planning.
We have dedicated marketing resources and basically cover all pieces of the business from training, sales, and marketing. But primarily, we would work with Quest marketing, the partner marketing, and Arrow marketing. And we work jointly together, develop plans, come up with the funding. Everyone holds each other accountable, and we have good success with that.
