When comparing. It would be nice to be able to Ignore lines of code. That way if the code does not show on the same line then you can "accept" the difference.

I was using the ApexSQL Compare and when I found a difference in the code the whole line is shown... it would be nice to change the text to bold for the difference. it would make it faster t see the difference in the line.
