[AM 5.3] How to mitigate Attachment Storage space rapid depletion?

Hello Everybody!

Alessio here, from New Zealand.

The company I am working for has an installation of Archive Manager.

Recently have actioned a full update/upgrade from version 4.4 up to 5.3.

All went pretty much good, had a couple of glitches here and there that the Support smoothed out brilliantly and overall we are pretty happy with the solution performance.

However, have noticed that the drive that stores the Attachment is constantly in the need of more space and this could become a problem looking forward.

Our AM instance is based on Windows 2012 R2, we run Microsoft Exchange 2010, AM database is located on our main SQL server.

At the moment we have 370 mailboxes (shared and personal) and I see the storage decreasing at the rate of 2gb per day.

Is there a way to limit/optimize what is being saved? (e.g. send an attachment to a group of 20 people, saves a single copy)

If not, is there a way to delete non work related mails (mailing list, etc etc) ?

Many thanks in advance!

Cheers

Alessio
