Tips for using the Quest Log Viewer in Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE)

To view the Error within the log and see if there is potential solution for that error:

  1. Open the wlog file inside the Log Viewer application.
  2. In the navigation pane (on the left) expand the error code.
  3. In the navigation pane (on the left) expand the User.
  4. In the navigation pane (on the left) select the line number displaying the Error or Warning.

The Error or Warning will be displayed in the details pane (on the right).

  1. Click on Web Answers tab (Above the details pane) to display a potential KB (Knowledge Base) article pertaining to the error.

Please note the computer you have the log viewer application installed on requires access to the internet and that the "Enable Access to the Internet" icon at the top of the Log Viewer is enabled for this to function properly.
