How to migrate data from Lotus notes DB to SharePoint

Quest tool only allow to select the records via Lotus notes existing views and forms which limit the records to be migrated. Is it possible to select all records with fields from Lotus notes DB and migrate to SharePoint without creating new views in Lotus notes? Please suggest the possible approaches.

    I'm afraid giving a training in how MNSP works with forms, views and field selection (and more) in this forum is rather tedious and not very effective. Have you had a chance to see the "Notes Migrator for SharePoint Partner Training" videos?
