Console only install on workstation to connect to existing server.

I'd like to install 7.5.1 console only on a workstation to connect to our existing installation.

Can I achieve this and connect to the existing server without the installer updating the DB's or changing service credentials?

Console or GUI is installed along with dlls and services on the same Windows box. There is no way to split installation. There is no web interface.

Thanks Andrew,

I thought that might be the case - I was hoping to give another member of staff the console so they could monitor backups without having server console access, but I'll have a rethink.
