Archive Manager

When a message that contains messages as attachments is forwarded the date is changed

We have reported an issue to Quest where the date is changed on an email that is attached to another email that is forwarded from Archive Manager. It looks as if this is due to be fixed in version 5.6. This seems a long time to wait - any thoughts ?

Also has anyone else encountered this and if so are there any workarounds.

    I'm looking into this for you.
    You mentioned you reported it to us, did you open a Service Request? If so, do you have the Service Request number?

    If not, do you happen to have a Change Request number that you found that shows it's due out in 5.6 or the KB article?
