How to add new users to Enterprise Reporter Console

 Greetings, I installed Enterprise Reporter just fine and I myself am able to login to the console.  I am trying to delegate authority to another admin and have added him to all the four default AD groups that ER creates (Reporter_Reporting_Operators, Reporter_Reporting_Admins, Reporter_Exploring_Operators, & Reporter_Discovery_Admins) but when they attempt to login using their Active Directory credentials their login fails.  What else am I missing? Thanks.

    Hello,
    Yes, that is a common scenario and should work just fine. The first thing to try to make sure the users log out and log back in after being added to the groups. If that does not work, please contact support so that they can gather more information about the setup, and what is contained within the log files.
