Enterprise Reporter using NTLM

Our server team is detecting a large amount of NTLM traffic between nodes and Enterprise Reporter. Our company requires an exception for NTLM. Is this something that can be turned off or adjusted?

Enterprise Reporter currently has no options to change the communication settings between the Server and nodes.

My answer doesn't help except to request that Quest pursue this and come up with a resolution. Please add to the roadmap if it isn't already.

(just a thought) sometimes, NTLM and Kerberous might depend on the lower level of authentication in Windows OS level and not in software Product level (on top of Windows OS). Unless the NTLM authentication is "hardcoded" into the product code somehow...

Agreed. There are always exceptions and thanks for the suggestion. I'll perform an analysis of the logins and see if it's OS dependent.
