Sync Mail attribute with QMM for AD

Hi,

I have an issue, which I am not sure if QMM for AD can solve. I dont work for the company which uses the QMM in this scenario, so I dont have any hands-on experience with QMM:

Domain A contains an IDentity Management system (IDM), so users are created in Domain A. There is no Exchange in Domain A.

A request is sent to helpdesk in Domain B to get this user migrated from Domain A to Domain B with QMM for AD. The user is migrated to Domain B, given a new SAMAccountName and an Exchange mailbox in Domain B.

Some attributes (like password) are synced from Domain B to Domain A and vice versa.

And now for the $1.000.000 question, is it possible to sync the Mail attribute from Domain B back to Domain A with QMM for AD (Not QMM for Exchange)? And if yes, how? I have been told by the company in Domian B that it isn't possible.

The alternative method is a scheduled task which scans Domain B for mail-attributes and writes them in Domain A, but a QMM for AD solution would be optimal.
