New Media Mark as BAD

Hi

I'm using Netvault 12.0.1.4 with 2 Backup Devices TL2000 (LTO6) & TL4000 (LTO7)

New media is mark as BAD, on 2 Devices

I black the media and the backup continue, but on every scan media mark as BAD
