After migrating Domino resource rooms to Exchange only Owners are migrated

Hi,

We have enabled the MigrateResourceDelegation=1 in the Global Default Settings. After migrating Domino resource rooms to Exchange 2016 the users that are listed on the Security tab of the Property page for the Room in Domino (right-click/Properties) are now the ones that are added to the delegates for that room in Exchange but these are not the users that are supposed to be there. In fact, there are owners configured for that room in Domino and this is the users that are supposed to be added in the Delegate in Exchange but it's not the case. We have to add the owner to the delegates manually for all migrated rooms.

Is there a way to fix that?

Thank you

  • Thank you for posting to the Migrator for Notes to Exchange community forum. I understand that you are experiencing issues migrating Domino resource rooms to Exchange 2016 in regards to owner rights. I have a few questions to better assist you:

1.) What are the level of rights would you like the Domino resource owners to have in Exchange?

2.) Are you also using the GrantResourceOwnerFullAccess=1 parameter in conjunction with MigrateResourceDelegation=1?

3.) What is the exact version of Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) you are using for this migration project (Menu | About)?

4.) Did the Domino resource owners have mailboxes in Exchange at the time of the Domino resource migration?

5.) In order to investigate further, I would want to see a screenshot of exactly where and how the rights have been applied in Domino, and where and how they have been applied in Exchange.

6.) In order to further investigate this issue, I would also need to see a copy of the MNE migration log file from the migration of the Domino resources.
