Unable to Protect New Machines

Hi everyone,

Hoping someone can help me out here. I just started in this position less than two months ago, with my starting boss (Scott, who owned this account) moving on shortly after I began. He left many notes, but as new problems crop up I'm on my own here.

I followed his instructions for adding a new machine to be protected by Rapid Recovery, but at the end of the Protect Machine Wizard I am getting an error:

Unable to connect to the remote server

Exception chain:

  • Invalid enum value 'SupportsSnapshotPrePostScripts' cannot be deserialized into type 'Replay.Common.Contracts.Metadata.AgentFeatures'. Ensure that the necessary enum values are present and are marked with EnumMemberAttribute attribute if the type has DataContractAttribute attribute.
  • Call to service method 192.168.x.xxx:8006/.../fullMetadata PUT failed: Invalid Response.

(The above is a valid IPv4, I just redacted) The knowledge base link on the error is broken; just tries to go to the old Dell link. Not finding anything helpful in the Quest knowledge base. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
