Hi, I try to restore a linux machne on a VM. I boot the VM with the rapidrecovery live dvd 6.2.1.99 I get an IP address and password but when I enter it on the restore tab on the GUI core console I got an error Here is the show details Exception chain: The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly. Call to service method 172.22.20.210:8006/.../fullMetadata PUT failed The Rapid Recovery Linux Live DVD instance cannot be reached at '172.22.20.210'. Please, ensure that your target machine has been successfully booted from Live DVD and the specified IP address/authentication key are valid We can ping the machine with no problem. I do not pass to "Create DVD ISO" from the GUI, I take the DVD directly on the support site. Can it be the problem?
