I would like to know if there is any lower cost solution that will catalog files.
I want to archive backups. However, if you actually needed to do a restore of a file you need to know when and where the file existed. I have seen software that does track changes but they do way more than needed and cost more than this function is worth. I would like to hear from users that may have already implemented a solution.
